Privacy

BB News is a satire site. It has no accounts, no adverts, no analytics scripts and no third-party trackers.

Polls

When you vote in a poll we store your choice and a one-way hash made from a secret, the poll and your IP address, so each person gets one vote. We never store your IP address itself, and the hash cannot be turned back into it. If you pick "Other" and type an answer, we store that text with the vote.

We also set a small cookie in your browser recording which option you chose, so the poll can show you your vote. It is not used for anything else.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and block abuse, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or keep those logs.

Sharing

The share buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to a social network unless you click one.
